Post-installation you can opt to use our maintenance programs or choose to do it yourself we recommend you consider our programs however they are not required and we have helpful tips in our social media and blog post.

Payment is due the same day the service is performed. We do require deposits for all landscaping projects. If the job goes over multiple days, the payment is due on the last day of the project. Before each job is completed, our technicians are trained to do a post-service inspection with the homeowners to ensure the client is satisfied. Each client is responsible for signing off on the job before the techs leave the property. If you are not home, we document the service digitally with you and sign digitally. Payment method is done via credit card. The technicians are trained to instruct and verify your payments, and if done digitally, a sales rep or manager will reach out for payment. Because of this process, we don't offer any other guarantees other than any manufacturer specific warranties.

It depends we do have job minimums for certain types of projects. We do try to build to budget, meaning once you tell us what your willing to spend we can plan around that. On average our basic installs start around $5,000. We have done things for less but the best thing that you can do is be honest and communicate well with our sales reps we don't try to over sell. We might make recommendations and tell you the possibilities but it ultimately comes down to your needs, wants, desires and your budget. We also recommend you look at our gallery and showcase for ideas and inspiration for your projects. Also pinntest is great for examples as well.

We run special promotional sales. The best times for these are at the start of each season. We rarely do discounts because we provide exceptional value at a fair price; we try not to do discounts so that we can continue investing in our company to make it a better experience for our customers and team.
