Initial clean-ups are when we take the first step in trimming any overgrowth on a property's landscape to bring it back into maintainable condition. Initial clean-ups are typically done when there has been a lack of general maintenance on a property and homeowners want to take the first step in getting their property back into maintainable conditions.

Project length depends on how in-depth the scope of work takes. For most smaller projects, you can expect anywhere from 1-5 days; we plan on an extra day when scheduling in case of weather or any previous jobs that might delay our start. We will try our best to finish and start as soon as possible. However, things happen. We ask for your patience and will try our best to communicate any slowdowns or issues that might delay your projects.

Payment is due the same day the service is performed. We do require deposits for all projects. If the job goes over multiple days, the payment is due on the last day of the project. Before each job is completed, our technicians are trained to do a post-service inspection with the homeowners to ensure the client is satisfied. Each client is responsible for signing off on the job before the techs leave the property. If you are not home, we document the service digitally with you and sign digitally. Payment method is done via credit card. The technicians are trained to instruct and verify your payments, and if done digitally, a sales rep or manager will reach out for payment. Because of this process, we don't offer any other guarantees other than any manufacturer specific warranties.

We run special promotional sales. The best times for these are at the start of each season. We rarely do discounts because we provide exceptional value at a fair price; we try not to do discounts so that we can continue investing in our company to make it a better experience for our customers and team.
